Hardcase Roadinger 30110038 acryl aluminium voor platen

The Roadinger 30110038 Acrylic Aluminium hard case for records is a compact protective container designed to store and transport vinyl records. Constructed from acrylic panels framed with aluminium, it provides a rigid shell that shields records from dust, light pressure and superficial impacts. With external dimensions of 360 mm width, 285 mm depth and 385 mm height, the case fits standard LPs and offers organized, upright storage for a small collection or for transporting records between locations.

Advantages

The combination of transparent acrylic and lightweight aluminium creates a balance between visibility and structural strength, allowing you to see contents without opening the case while keeping records supported. The rigid construction resists bending and keeps records upright to reduce warping risk. The compact footprint and moderate height make it suitable for shelf placement or carrying as a single-unit case.

How to use

Place records vertically inside the case so that covers face outward for easier identification. Close the lid or secure any latches before lifting to transport; handle the case by the reinforced edges to distribute load and avoid pressure on the acrylic panels. When stacking other items, avoid placing heavy objects on top of the case to prevent deformation or damage to records inside.

Recommendations

Keep the case in a dry, temperature-stable environment and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to minimize heat buildup and potential warping of vinyl. Clean acrylic surfaces with a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner formulated for plastics; avoid solvents that can cause clouding. For longer-term archival storage, consider additional inner protective sleeves for each record and store the case upright on a stable shelf.
