Flightcase Roadinger 31000900 aluminium berkenhout zwart 8,1 kg

The Roadinger 31000900 Aluminium Birch Black flight case is a transport solution constructed from aluminium and multilayer birch panels, designed to protect equipment during transit. With a black finish and a net weight of 8.1 kg, the case combines rigid outer frames with impact-resistant panels to reduce the risk of damage to sensitive gear. Its build focuses on structural stability, edge protection and secure closure for repeated use in touring, storage and logistics environments.

Advantages

The aluminium profiles reinforce corners and edges while remaining lightweight, and birch panels provide a balanced combination of stiffness and shock resistance. The black finish offers low-visibility aesthetics and adds a protective outer layer. The case is designed for frequent handling: durable fittings and reinforced joints extend service life, and the overall construction keeps internal contents stable during movement.

How to use

Open the flight case using the latches and place equipment on suitable internal padding or foam inserts to prevent movement. Close and secure all latches before transport to ensure the case maintains structural integrity. When stacking multiple cases, distribute weight evenly and avoid exceeding recommended load limits for safe handling. For heavy or awkward loads, use two-person lifting techniques or mechanical aids to prevent injury and damage.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the aluminium profiles, corner fittings and latches for wear or loosened fasteners. Replace or tighten hardware as needed, and keep the exterior clean and dry to prolong the life of the birch panels and finish. Use appropriate internal padding tailored to the specific equipment to maximize protection during transit.
