How to use

Secure the disc onto an X-LOCK-compatible angle grinder according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety goggles, gloves, dust mask) and ensure the workpiece is firmly clamped. Start the grinder and allow it to reach operating speed before engaging the material; make steady, controlled passes without excessive force to maintain a clean, chip-free cut. Follow the angle grinder safety guidelines and do not exceed recommended speed limits printed on the disc.

Recommendations

For best results when cutting porcelain and glazed ceramics, use a steady feed and avoid twisting the disc in the cut. Keep water cooling or dust extraction in mind where applicable to reduce dust and extend disc life. Replace the disc if you notice uneven wear or damage.
