Bosch 2 608 615 132 haakse slijper accessoire doorslijpschijf

The Bosch 2 608 615 132 Cutting Disc with X-LOCK is designed for precision cutting of hard ceramics, porcelain and stone tiles. Its turbo rim geometry and optimised diamond matrix enable clean, chip-free cuts while remaining compatible with standard angle grinders via the keyless X-LOCK mounting system.

Advantages

The turbo rim shape provides smooth, neat cut edges in dense ceramics and porcelain. The optimised diamond matrix extends cutting life and reduces chipping. X-LOCK compatibility allows quick, tool-free disc changes and fits Bosch angle grinders that support the system.

Suitable for

• Cutting porcelain tiles
• Cutting dense ceramic and natural stone tiles
• Renovation and tiling work requiring precise, chip-free edges

How to use

Install the disc on a compatible angle grinder with X-LOCK mounting following the grinder manufacturer’s instructions. Secure the disc using the keyless X-LOCK mechanism. Cut material at a steady feed rate without forcing the disc to minimise chipping and extend disc life. Allow the disc to cool between long cuts and follow all safety instructions, including using eye protection and appropriate dust control.

Recommendations

For best results on porcelain and dense ceramics, use steady, even pressure and avoid lateral forces; maintain proper cooling and replace the disc if cutting becomes noisy or results show increased chipping.
