The Bosch 2 608 900 827 sanding sheet (EXPERT C470) is a compact abrasive designed for fast, efficient sanding of wood and painted surfaces. Measuring 93 mm x 93 mm and supplied in packs of five, this sanding sheet combines sharp abrasive grains with anti-clogging technology to preserve cutting performance and deliver a consistent finish during extended use.

Advantages

EXPERT C470 sandpaper resists clogging and retains abrasiveness longer than conventional sheets, allowing for faster material removal and fewer interruptions to clean or replace sheets. Its construction provides an even finish on wood and paint while the small 93 x 93 mm format is suitable for detail work and handheld sanding tools.

Suitable for

• Sanding wood surfaces (raw wood, varnished or lacquered wood)
• Preparing painted surfaces for refinishing
• Detail and edge sanding with handheld sanders or by hand
• Small to medium woodworking and repair jobs

How to use

Select the appropriate grit grade for the task (coarse for rapid material removal, finer for finishing). Attach the 93 x 93 mm sheet to a compatible handheld sander or sand by hand, keeping even pressure and consistent motion across the surface. Replace the sheet when cutting performance decreases or the abrasive becomes clogged despite anti-clogging properties. Follow standard safety precautions: wear eye protection, a dust mask and work in a well-ventilated area.

Recommendations

For optimal results on wood and painted surfaces, start with a coarser grit to remove material and finish with a finer grit to achieve a smooth surface; use the small 93 x 93 mm sheets for edges, corners and detailed sanding where larger sheets can’t reach.
