Schuurbladen Bosch Expert M480 150 mm K400, pak van 50 voor excentrische schuurmachine

Bosch Expert M480 sanding sheets, 150 mm diameter, grit K400, pack of 50 are abrasive discs engineered for fine finishing with eccentric (orbital) sanders. These sanding sheets are intended to deliver consistent abrasion and a uniform surface texture on wood, painted surfaces, lacquer and metal during final sanding and preparation. The hook-and-loop backing ensures straightforward attachment to compatible sanding pads and helps maintain secure contact during operation.

Advantages

These sanding sheets provide an even, fine cut appropriate for smoothing and polishing tasks, enabling controlled material removal without aggressive scratching. The uniform K400 grit structure supports predictable results across the full pack, reducing variations between sheets. The hook-and-loop fixation simplifies replacement and keeps the abrasive aligned during use, while compatibility with eccentric sanders allows for efficient finishing on flat and contoured surfaces.

Suitable for

• Final sanding of wood before varnishing or staining
• Removing minor imperfections from painted and lacquered surfaces
• Fine finishing and light polishing of metal components
• Preparing surfaces prior to bonding or repainting

Key specifications

• Diameter: 150 mm
• Abrasion grade: K400 (very fine)
• Quantity: 50 sheets per pack
• Backing type: hook-and-loop (Velcro) compatible
• Intended tool type: eccentric (orbital) sanders
• Suitable materials: wood, paint, lacquer, metal

How to use

Attach a sanding sheet to the hook-and-loop sanding pad of the eccentric sander, ensuring the sheet is centered and properly aligned. Operate the sander at a moderate speed, applying light and even pressure; let the abrasive do the work rather than forcing the tool. For best results on painted or lacquered surfaces, perform progressive passes and inspect the surface frequently to avoid over-sanding. When the abrasive becomes clogged or worn, remove and replace the sheet with a new one from the pack.

Recommendations

Use protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding. Test on an inconspicuous area before broad application to confirm the effect on the specific material. For optimal finish on wood, consider preceding K400 sanding with coarser grits as needed, and follow with appropriate cleaning before applying coatings.
