Bosch 2 608 901 172 handschuuraccessoire schuurpad fijne korrel 1 stuk

The Bosch EXPERT Flex Pad for Long Life Sanding Wood and Paint is a broad, extra-flexible sanding sponge designed for form-following hand sanding on curved and edged surfaces. With a foam backing and fine grit abrasive, the sanding pad provides controlled, long-lasting sanding performance for wood, paint and similar surfaces. The pad measures 98 mm × 120 mm with a thickness of 13 mm and is supplied as a single-piece pack (MPN 2608901172, EAN 4059952545103).

Advantages

The foam backing gives improved flexibility to follow contours while reducing clogging compared with conventional sanding sheets. Its construction extends usable life and lowers consumption and waste. The fine grit delivers a smooth finish appropriate for final sanding of paint and wood surfaces, and the pad’s size and single-piece format suit manual, detail-oriented work.

Suitable for

• Hand sanding curved or irregular surfaces

How to use

Select the fine-grit Bosch EXPERT Flex Pad and hold it comfortably in the hand or fit it to a compatible sanding block. Apply even pressure and move the pad along the workpiece following the shape of the surface. Use light, consistent strokes and check the surface often to avoid over-sanding. Replace the pad when abrasive efficiency drops or the foam backing becomes worn.

Recommendations

For best results, use the pad dry and clean the surface from dust between passes. When working on painted surfaces, test on a small area to confirm the grit produces the required finish before proceeding to entire panels.
