Bosch 2 608 901 230 handmatige schuurmiddelen schuurrol zeer fijne korrel 1 st.

Bosch Expert N880 Medium sanding sheet roll, 115 mm x 10 m, provides a continuous abrasive surface designed for medium-grit sanding tasks on wood, painted surfaces and primers. The roll format allows cutting to custom lengths for use with compatible sanding tools or for manual application. Its 115 mm width fits many standard sanding holders and the 10 m length helps reduce downtime by supplying a long continuous source of abrasive material for extended jobs.

Advantages

The medium-grit abrasive offers balanced material removal and surface finish, suitable where moderate stock removal and smoothing are required. The roll format minimizes interruptions caused by frequent sheet replacement and supports precise sizing for different sanding tools. Bosch Expert manufacturing standards aim to provide consistent abrasive performance and durability across the roll.

Suitable for

• Sanding solid wood and softwood surfaces
• Removing old paint and smoothing primer coats
• Shaping and smoothing edges or contours before finishing
• Preparing substrates for painting or varnishing

Key specifications

• Abrasion grade: medium (suitable for moderate material removal and finishing)
• Width: 115 mm
• Length: 10 m (continuous roll)
• Format: sanding sheet roll, cut-to-size
• Compatible with: standard 115 mm sanding holders and clamps or manual cutting for hand sanding

How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the roll to match the sanding tool or the area to be sanded. Attach the cut piece securely to the sanding pad, holder or clamp so that it remains flat and under even pressure during use. Start sanding with steady, even strokes, checking the surface frequently to avoid over-sanding. Replace or reposition the abrasive when wear reduces cutting efficiency to maintain a consistent finish.

Recommendations

Use progressive grit sequences when transitioning from heavy material removal to final smoothing; follow with finer abrasives for final finishing. Store the roll in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve abrasive performance. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection and a dust mask, when sanding.
