Bosch 2607017655 borenset 41 stuks

The Bosch 2607017655 drill bit set contains 41 pieces designed for drilling in metal and wood. The set includes a range of standard twist bits in multiple diameters to cover common drilling tasks. Manufactured from quality materials, these bits offer a balance of wear resistance and cutting performance for workshop and on-site use. The compact case keeps the bits organised and easy to transport.

Advantages

The set provides a comprehensive selection of drill bit sizes to reduce the need to change tools frequently. Bits are produced with consistent geometry to ensure stable drilling, accurate hole size and a reliable fit in standard chucks. The durable material and proper heat treatment improve longevity compared with untreated bits. The storage case simplifies inventory and protects the bits from damage during transport and storage.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in steel, iron and other ferrous metals
• Drilling through hardwoods and softwoods
• General workshop maintenance and repair tasks
• DIY home improvement projects and small construction jobs

Key specifications

• Set size: 41 pieces covering a range of common diameters
• Material: high-grade tool steel with heat treatment for wear resistance
• Compatible with standard drill chucks
• Intended drilling materials: metal and wood
• Storage: compact plastic case for organisation and protection

How to use

Select the drill bit diameter appropriate for the hole required and secure it in the drill chuck according to the drill manufacturer’s instructions. For metal, mark the drill point and, where necessary, use a centre punch to prevent bit walking. Start drilling at low speed to establish the hole, then apply steady pressure and increase speed as appropriate for the diameter and material. For wood, maintain a controlled feed rate to avoid splintering. Periodically withdraw the bit to clear chips and allow cooling when drilling metals.

Recommendations

Use cutting fluid or lubricant when drilling metals to extend bit life and improve cutting performance. Wear appropriate eye protection and follow standard safety practices. Store the bits in their case in a dry environment to prevent corrosion and keep sizes organised for quick selection.
