How to use

Select a pad with the appropriate grit for the task, attach it securely to the sander according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, and operate the sander at the recommended speed for the material being worked. Use steady, overlapping passes and avoid excessive pressure to prolong pad life and achieve an even finish. Replace the pad when the abrasive surface is worn or clogged to maintain consistent sanding results.

Recommendations

Use dust extraction or a vacuum when sanding to reduce airborne particles and prolong abrasive life. Start with a coarser grit for initial material removal and progressively move to finer grits for a smoother finish. Store unused pads flat in a dry environment to prevent deformation.
