Rittal SV systeemafdekking ABS lichtgrijs RAL 7035, 4-pack 3090.000

For busbar installations where exposed ends and connection points create a real safety and compliance risk, the Rittal SV System Cover offers a precise, snap-on solution that goes beyond generic blanking caps. Each cover is moulded from flame-retardant ABS in light grey RAL 7035, matching the visual language of Rittal RiLine60 and SV busbar systems while providing reliable insulation and mechanical protection. The clip-on mounting requires no tools or adhesives, so covers can be fitted or removed in seconds during commissioning, maintenance, or reconfiguration. Supplied as a pack of four, this accessory keeps spare covers on hand for multiple terminations or future expansion. The compact 18 × 18 × 18 mm form factor is engineered to fit tightly over open busbar ends, reducing the chance of accidental contact, dust ingress, and short circuits. With a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and an operating temperature range from -25 °C to +70 °C, it is suited to industrial control panels, power distribution boards, and machine enclosures where both safety and uptime matter.

Highlights

• Clip-on ABS covers for Rittal SV and RiLine60 busbar systems
• Light grey RAL 7035 finish blends with standard enclosure components
• Flame-retardant to UL 94 V-0 for enhanced fire safety
• Pack of 4 covers supports multiple terminations or spare stock
• Tool-free installation and removal for fast maintenance

In daily use

Electricians and panel builders will appreciate how quickly these covers snap into place, eliminating the need for cable ties or adhesive that can degrade over time. The ABS material resists impact and common industrial chemicals, while the light grey colour keeps installations looking tidy and professional. Because the covers are individually replaceable, a damaged or lost cover does not require replacing an entire busbar run. The -25 °C to +70 °C operating range means the covers remain secure in cold storage areas or near heat-generating equipment, and the V-0 rating supports compliance with panel safety standards. For OEMs and system integrators, the 4-pack format simplifies stock management and ensures that covers are always available when a busbar system is extended or modified.
