Key specifications

• Motor power suitable for consistent sanding performance
• Adjustable speed settings to accommodate different materials and tasks
• Ergonomic housing designed for extended use and better control
• Integrated dust collection system compatible with common workshop extraction methods
• Compact form factor for improved access in confined spaces

How to use

Before use, ensure the workpiece is secured and the appropriate abrasive is installed. Select the speed setting that matches the material and desired finish, start the sander, and allow it to reach operating speed before applying it to the surface. Move the sander with steady, even strokes and avoid applying excessive pressure; let the tool’s weight and motion perform the sanding. Periodically check the abrasive condition and replace it when worn. Empty or connect the dust collection receptacle as needed to maintain dust extraction efficiency.

Recommendations

Use progressively finer abrasives to achieve a smooth finish and reduce the risk of swirl marks. For prolonged projects, pair the sander with a suitable dust extractor and wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust mask and eye protection.
