How to use

Install the sanding belt on a compatible belt sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring correct belt tracking and tension. Begin sanding with moderate pressure, moving the sander evenly across the surface. Check progress frequently and replace the belt when abrasive performance decreases or the belt shows significant wear. Follow safety guidelines for dust extraction and personal protective equipment.

Recommendations

Use with proper dust extraction and wear eye, respiratory and hearing protection. Select the appropriate grit size for the task—coarser grits for heavy material removal and finer grits for finishing. Replace belts when worn to maintain consistent results.
