Bout Cimco 190211, verzinkt staal, voor hout, 60 mm lengte, 6 mm schroefdraaddiameter, 1 stk.

Cimco 190211 is a single galvanized steel bolt intended for use in wooden constructions and general carpentry. With a total length of 60 mm and a thread diameter of 6 mm, this bolt provides a straightforward fastening solution for repair, assembly, and structural joining tasks where a durable, corrosion-resistant connection is required. The galvanized finish increases resistance to rust and makes the bolt suitable for indoor and outdoor wood applications where moisture exposure is a consideration.

Advantages

The bolt combines a standard metric thread with a moderate length to suit common timber thicknesses, allowing for secure joins without excessive protrusion. Galvanized steel construction enhances corrosion resistance and extends service life compared with untreated fasteners. Supplied as a single piece, it is convenient for small projects or targeted repairs where individual fasteners are needed.

Key specifications

How to use

Select an appropriate pilot hole in the wood to match the 6 mm thread diameter or slightly smaller to ensure full engagement of the threads. Position the bolt through the aligned components and tighten using a compatible wrench or socket until the joint is secure; avoid over-torquing to prevent damaging the wood or stripping the threads. For connections requiring a flush finish, counterbore the head recess if necessary and use suitable washers or nuts compatible with the bolt’s thread size.

Recommendations

For long-term outdoor installations, ensure mating components and any washers or nuts are also corrosion-resistant to maintain the integrity of the joint. When fastening load-bearing assemblies, verify that the bolt length and count meet the mechanical requirements of the design and follow standard woodworking practices for spacing and pre-drilling.
