Bouwset Cobi slagschip Bismarck model, 590 onderdelen

Cobi Battleship Bismarck construction set contains 590 pieces to build a detailed scale model of the World War II battleship Bismarck. The kit provides bricks and specialized elements designed to form an articulated hull, gun turrets, superstructure and deck details. The finished model is suitable for display on a shelf or for careful handling and offers a representation of the ship’s silhouette and main external features. The set is produced under the Cobi brand and is aimed at hobbyists and collectors interested in historical naval models.

Advantages

The set uses 590 precisely shaped bricks and elements that allow accurate shaping of the hull contours and deck arrangements. Specialized parts for turrets and superstructure reduce the need for custom modifications and speed up assembly. The model balances display quality with construction challenge, offering visible detail while keeping build complexity accessible to intermediate model builders. Components are compatible with standard small-format construction bricks, facilitating integration with other sets or diorama elements.

How to use

Assemble the model following the illustrated step-by-step instruction manual included in the set. Begin with the internal hull foundation to ensure structural stability, then add deck plates, superstructure modules and turret assemblies in sequence. Use the specialized parts where indicated to achieve correct external shapes, and verify alignment frequently to maintain symmetry along the hull. No adhesives are required for standard assembly; however, ensure components are firmly pressed together during construction to prevent loose connections.

Recommendations

As a display item, place the assembled model on a flat, dust-free surface away from direct sunlight to reduce color fading. For handling, avoid excessive force on small protruding elements like antennas or gun barrels. If integrating with other sets or diorama bases, plan attachment points and support the model’s weight to prevent stress on the hull joints.
