How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Use low to medium heat to protect the non-stick coating and avoid overheating an empty pan. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to prevent scratching the coating. The glass lid can be used during cooking to retain heat and monitor the process through the steam hole; lift the lid carefully to release steam.

Recommendations

Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the non-stick coating. Avoid sudden temperature changes (for example, placing a hot pan under cold water) to minimise risk of deformation and damage to the coating and lid.
