How to use

Place the roaster on a middle shelf of a preheated oven to allow even heat circulation around the food. Arrange meat, poultry or vegetables in a single layer to promote uniform browning and avoid overcrowding. Use a meat thermometer to confirm internal temperatures for meat and poultry. After roasting, allow juices to rest for a short time in the pan before transferring food to a carving board or serving dish. Clean the pan according to the manufacturer's care instructions to preserve the finish.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the oven to the recommended temperature for your recipe and avoid overfilling the roaster. Use oven mitts when handling the hot pan and lift with care to prevent spills. To help remove stuck-on residues, soak the roaster briefly in warm water before washing.
