Braun MultiMix 5 HM 5137 handmixer 750 W grijs, wit

The Braun MultiMix 5 HM 5137 hand mixer features SmartMix technology that shifts the weight into the bowl to reduce the effort required while mixing. Equipped with a 750 W motor, it provides increased power compared with earlier models and is designed for beating, kneading and general mixing tasks. The unit comes in a grey and white finish and includes stainless steel beaters for everyday kitchen use.

Advantages

SmartMix technology places the motor and weight over the bowl for up to 40% less hand effort when mixing. The 750 W motor delivers stronger performance — up to 50% more power versus the previous MultiMix 3 model — and supports a broad range of mixing tasks. VarioControl offers smooth stepless speed selection for accurate control of texture and consistency. Stainless steel beaters provide durable contact with food and are easy to clean.

Suitable for

• Mixing cake batter and cookie dough
• Kneading light to medium doughs
• Beating eggs and whipping cream
• Preparing batters, sauces and mixtures for everyday cooking

Key specifications

How to use

Attach the stainless steel beaters into the mixer until they click. Select an appropriate speed with VarioControl depending on the task: start at a low speed to avoid splashes, then increase gradually for thorough mixing. For kneading, use short bursts and monitor dough consistency. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance, remove the beaters and clean them according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Recommendations

Use the SmartMix feature by placing the mixer over a deep, stable bowl so the weight rests on the bowl rim for reduced hand strain. Avoid continuous heavy dough kneading beyond the recommended duty cycle and follow safety and cleaning instructions in the user manual.
