Brother TZE-M961 etiketband

The Brother TZE-M961 label-making tape is a silver thermal transfer tape designed for use with compatible Brother label printers. With a width of 3.6 cm and a length of 8 m, this durable tape produces clear, professional-looking labels with strong adhesive performance for a variety of surfaces. The silver background provides a metallic finish suitable for visible signage, asset marking, and neat identification in home, office, and industrial environments.

Advantages

The TZE-M961 tape offers a combination of a metallic silver finish and a thermal transfer print surface that resists fading and abrasion. Its strong adhesive backing ensures reliable sticking to plastic, metal, glass and many painted surfaces, while the roll format allows for continuous label printing up to the tape length. The tape is compatible with a range of Brother label printers that accept TZ/TZe-type cartridges, providing consistent print quality and durable results.

• Width: 3.6 cm
• Length: 8 m
• Tape type: Thermal transfer laminated tape
• Adhesive: Strong permanent adhesive suitable for multiple surfaces

How to use

Install the tape cartridge into a compatible Brother label printer according to the printer's user guide, making sure the tape aligns correctly in the feed path. Design labels using the printer's software or built-in editor, select the appropriate width (3.6 cm) and print settings for contrast on a silver background, then print and apply labels to a clean, dry surface. For best adhesion, press firmly across the label to ensure full contact with the substrate.

Recommendations

For optimal durability, apply labels to surfaces that are free of dust, oil and moisture. When labeling curved or textured surfaces, test a small area first to confirm adhesion. Avoid prolonged exposure of printed labels to direct sunlight when high UV resistance is required; consider darker text and higher contrast settings for maximum legibility on the silver background.
