How to use

Adjust the chair height so that your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form roughly a 90-degree angle. Recommendations

For best results, combine the chair with an adjustable desk or monitor riser to maintain an ergonomic line of sight. Periodically shift posture and stand or walk during breaks to reduce static load on the back. Clean the mesh with a soft brush or vacuum attachment and wipe padded surfaces with a damp cloth as needed.
