CableMod C-Series Pro ModMesh-kabelset voor Corsair Type 5 RMx Shift-voedingen, 2x 12V-2x6, StealthSense, carbon, 65 cm

CableMod C-Series Pro ModMesh cable kit for Corsair Type 5 RMx Shift PSUs, 2x 12V-2x6, StealthSense, carbon, 65cm is a modular replacement cable set designed for Corsair Type 5 RMx Shift power supplies. The kit provides ModMesh sleeved cables in a carbon finish, a 65 cm length optimized for routing inside mid and full tower cases, and a dual 12V-to-6-pin configuration to power PCIe devices. It supports the StealthSense feature for compatible systems and is intended to improve cable management and maintain consistent power delivery to graphics cards and other peripherals.

Advantages

The ModMesh sleeving offers a balance of flexibility and durability while maintaining a low-profile carbon appearance. Being a modular cable kit, it enables cleaner builds by replacing factory cables and allowing selective connections only where needed. The 65 cm length provides reach for typical mounting locations without excess slack, and the dual 12V-to-6-pin connectors accommodate a range of PCIe devices. Support for StealthSense ensures compatibility with systems that use this signaling feature to manage modular cable behavior.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Custom PC builds that use Corsair Type 5 RMx Shift power supplies and require modular cable replacements
• Systems needing neat cable routing and visible, color-coordinated sleeved cables
• Configurations where two 6-pin PCIe power connectors are required from a single 12V rail
• Setups that utilize StealthSense for cable-aware connections

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Corsair Type 5 RMx Shift modular power supplies
• Cable type: ModMesh sleeved, single-sleeve construction in carbon color
• Connector configuration: 2x 12V to 2x 6-pin PCIe
• Length: 65 cm (approximate usable length for routing)
• Function: Replacement/modular PSU cable kit for PCIe power delivery
• Feature support: StealthSense compatible

How to use

Disconnect power and open the case before installing these cables. Remove the original modular cables from the power supply and connect the CableMod kit to the matching modular ports on the Corsair Type 5 RMx Shift PSU. Route the sleeved cables through cable management channels or behind the motherboard tray to achieve the desired layout, then attach the 6-pin PCIe connectors to the target graphics card or peripheral devices. Ensure all connectors are fully seated and that cable routing does not interfere with fans or other components. Reconnect power and verify system operation.

Recommendations

For best results, plan cable routing before connecting devices, keep cables clear of moving parts, and use tie-downs or Velcro straps to secure excess length. Verify StealthSense compatibility with your system if you rely on that feature for modular cable recognition.
