Canon PGI-9 Clear inktcartridge (Chroma Optimiser)

The Canon PGI-9 Clear Ink Cartridge (2442B001) applies a transparent coating to plain paper before colour printing, using part of Canon's PgR technology. This clear-ink layer produces laser-quality results on plain paper, improving finish for leaflets and posters. The cartridge contains 191 ml of clear ink and is designed for use in compatible Canon printers.

Advantages

The clear ink cartridge enables sharper colour reproduction and a more uniform surface finish on plain paper without requiring special media. With a 191 ml capacity it provides a high page yield — up to approximately 1625 A4 pages measured to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard — and being an original Canon cartridge ensures compatibility and straightforward installation.

Suitable for

• Printing leaflets and flyers on plain paper
• Producing posters for indoor display
• High-volume colour document printing where improved surface finish is needed
