Coaxkabel ShiverPeaks BS80203-128-GS 2m IEC zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS80203-128-GS 2m IEC Black coaxial cable provides a two-meter connection with IEC male-to-male connectors designed for audio and video equipment. Constructed for consistent signal transmission, the cable supports common domestic applications such as connecting televisions, set-top boxes, radios and other devices that use IEC coaxial interfaces. The black jacket offers a neutral appearance that integrates into home entertainment setups while protecting the internal conductor and shielding.

Advantages

This coaxial cable features robust mechanical construction and shielding intended to reduce interference and maintain signal integrity across its 2 m length. The standardized IEC connectors ensure simple plug-and-play installation without additional tools. The black outer sheath resists abrasion and wear from regular handling and routing behind furniture or equipment racks.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a set-top box or antenna tuner
• Linking audio receivers and radios with IEC coaxial inputs
• Replacing worn or damaged 2 m IEC coaxial leads in home entertainment systems

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 meters
• Connector type: IEC coaxial connectors on both ends (male-to-male configuration)
• Outer jacket color: Black
• Intended use: Audio and video signal transmission
• Construction: Shielded coaxial design for interference reduction

How to use

Ensure both devices are switched off before connecting to avoid transient signals. Insert each IEC connector firmly into the corresponding coaxial input on the devices until fully seated. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and kinks; secure it with clips or ties if needed to prevent strain at the connector ends. After connection, power on the devices and verify signal reception and quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable length appropriate for your installation—2 m is suitable for most nearby device connections. Avoid running the coaxial cable parallel to power cords for long distances to reduce potential interference. If the cable is used in fixed installations, avoid excessive bending at the connector and periodically check connectors for secure fit and corrosion.
