Coaxkabel ShiverPeaks BS80208-128-G 10 m IEC wit

The ShiverPeaks BS80208-128-G 10 m IEC White coaxial cable provides a ready-to-install connection for audio and video equipment that use standard IEC connectors. With a 10 metre length and IEC male-to-male terminations, the cable is intended to transfer RF signals between devices such as televisions, set-top boxes, digital receivers and other compatible components while maintaining signal integrity and reducing interference.

Advantages

This coaxial cable offers a balance of flexibility and mechanical durability suitable for both home and light professional use. The white outer jacket provides a discreet appearance for visible installations. The cable design focuses on low signal attenuation to preserve picture and sound quality across the 10 metre run, while the IEC connectors ensure broad compatibility with common consumer electronics.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to an antenna, set-top box or cable outlet
• Linking digital receivers and tuners to display devices
• Temporary or permanent in-room routing where a 10 m length is required
• Home AV setups where a neutral white cable finish is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable type: coaxial (RF) cable with IEC connectors
• Length: 10 metres
• Connectors: IEC male on both ends (standard coaxial TV connector)
• Outer colour: white
• Designed for: analogue and digital RF signal transmission for consumer AV equipment

How to use

Connect one IEC-ended plug to the aerial or cable socket of the wall outlet or source device, and the other IEC plug to the antenna input of the television, set-top box or receiver. Ensure connectors are pushed fully onto the mating sockets to achieve a reliable electrical contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinching, or close proximity to mains power cables to reduce potential interference and mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For best signal quality, keep cable runs as direct as possible and avoid coiling the cable tightly. If using long runs with multiple junctions or splitters, choose components rated for RF use and minimize the number of connectors to reduce signal loss. Inspect connectors periodically for secure fit and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show signs of damage.
