Collectorrailverbinder Rittal SV 9320.030, zilver, verpakking van 3 stuks

The Rittal SV busbar connector in silver, supplied as a pack of 3, is a metallic joining component designed for reliable connections within busbar systems in electrical enclosures. It provides a compact solution for creating secure electrical joints and terminations in power distribution assemblies used in control cabinets, switchgear and distribution panels. The connector is intended to integrate with standard busbar profiles to maintain continuity and mechanical stability in low- and medium-voltage installations.

Advantages

This busbar connector offers a compact metallic construction that ensures consistent electrical contact and mechanical robustness. The silver finish supports good conductivity and corrosion resistance appropriate for indoor electrical enclosures. Supplied as a pack of three, the set simplifies inventory and replacement planning for installers and maintenance teams. The connector is engineered for straightforward installation and reliable long-term performance when used with compatible busbar systems.

How to use

Align the connector with the mating busbar profiles and secure it according to the enclosure and busbar manufacturer's mounting instructions. Ensure busbar surfaces are clean and free of oxidation or paint at the contact points to maximise conductivity. Tighten fixation hardware to the recommended torque values for the specific busbar system to achieve both secure mechanical clamping and low-resistance electrical contact. Verify alignment and continuity after installation and recheck torque after initial operational hours if required by installation standards.

Recommendations

Use the connector only with compatible busbar profiles and follow all applicable electrical safety standards and local regulations. Avoid exposure to outdoor corrosive environments unless additional protective measures are applied. Store unused connectors in a dry, dust-free location to preserve contact surfaces.
