Montageplaat voor verzamelrail Victron Energy VBB115040020 voor elektrische verdeling en aarding

Victron Energy Bus bar montageplatte VBB115040020 is a metal mounting plate designed to organize and secure electrical bus bars for distribution and grounding in a variety of power systems. Intended for installation in electrical cabinets, distribution panels or on bulkheads, the plate provides a stable platform for attaching bus bars and terminal connections, enabling tidy wiring and reliable earthing in marine, RV and off-grid applications.

Advantages

The mounting plate is manufactured from durable metal to provide mechanical support and electrical continuity where required. Its flat design enables compact and space-efficient installation in cabinets or enclosures. Pre-drilled holes and standardized spacing reduce installation time and simplify alignment of bus bars and terminals. The solid construction helps maintain secure electrical connections under vibration and motion typical for marine and mobile installations.

How to use

Position the mounting plate where it will provide convenient access to bus bars and terminals and where it can be securely fastened to the cabinet or bulkhead. Align the pre-drilled holes with the bus bars and attach the bars using appropriate bolts, washers and insulated terminal connectors as required for your system. Ensure that all electrical connections are tightened to the torque specified by the terminal manufacturer and that live parts are insulated or covered to prevent accidental contact. Connect grounding conductors to the plate or attached bus bar according to local electrical codes.

Recommendations

Check material compatibility and corrosion protection for marine or outdoor environments; use appropriate anti-corrosion treatments or stainless fasteners where needed. Verify clearances and ventilation in the enclosure, and follow all applicable electrical safety standards and local regulations during installation.
