Combisteeksleutel Bahco 111Z-7/16 breedte 153 mm gewicht 50 g

The BAHCO combination wrench 111Z-7/16 is a compact hand tool designed for turning hexagonal fasteners. With an overall length of 153 mm and a lightweight construction of approximately 50 g, this wrench delivers controlled torque in confined spaces while remaining easy to handle for extended tasks. The tool combines an open-end jaw on one side and a ring end on the other to allow both quick positioning and secure engagement with nuts and bolts.

Advantages

The compact length and low weight reduce user fatigue and improve access to tight areas where larger wrenches cannot reach. The combination of open and ring ends provides versatility: the open jaw allows fast placement on fasteners and the ring end offers a stronger grip for final tightening or loosening. Precision-machined contact surfaces ensure consistent fit on standard hex fasteners, helping to minimize rounding and slip.

Key specifications

• Overall length: 153 mm
• Weight: approx. 50 g
• Tool type: combination wrench (open end + ring end)
• Drive profile: hexagonal for standard nuts and bolts
• Typical material: chrome vanadium or similar alloy steel for durability
• Finish: corrosion-resistant plating or polished surface

How to use

Select the wrench with the matching size for the fastener and position the open end for quick placement or the ring end for secure engagement. Apply steady force through the handle while keeping the wrench aligned with the fastener axis to reduce the risk of rounding. For tight spaces, use the shorter handle to maneuver, and when more torque is required, ensure proper body positioning to maintain control.

Recommendations

Inspect the contact surfaces before use and avoid using the wrench on damaged or rounded fasteners. Do not use the wrench as a hammer or pry bar. For higher torque needs, use an appropriately sized tool rather than applying excessive force to a compact combination wrench. Store the wrench in a dry place to preserve the finish and prevent corrosion.
