Computerkoelaccessoire BitsPower BP-90R messing-zilver connector

BitsPower BP-90R brass silver fitting is a 90-degree rotary connector for custom PC liquid cooling loops. Made from high-quality brass with a silver nickel finish, this compact fitting offers a Hi-Flow internal path and a 360-degree rotatable joint to simplify tubing routing in tight builds. The design incorporates a concealed O-ring and a durable metal body for corrosion resistance and long-term reliability in water-cooling systems.

Advantages

The Hi-Flow internal geometry reduces flow restriction compared to standard angled fittings, while the brass construction and nickel silver finish provide mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion. A 360-degree rotation at the elbow lets you align tubing without twisting hoses or stressing joints. The compact 90-degree profile is suitable for confined spaces and the hidden O-ring design maintains a neat appearance while ensuring a reliable seal. The fitting is RoHS compliant and intended for long-term use in PC water-cooling applications.

Suitable for

• Custom desktop PC liquid cooling loops requiring angled connections
• Compact or small-form-factor builds where space is limited
• Setups that need a rotatable elbow to simplify tubing routing
• Systems using G1/4" threaded components and standard soft or hard tubing

Key specifications

• Material: Brass with nickel/silver finish
• Type: 90-degree rotary elbow fitting
• Flow design: Hi-Flow internal pathway
• Rotation: 360-degree rotatable joint
• Thread compatibility: G1/4" threaded connection
• Seal: Concealed O-ring
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Thread the fitting into a G1/4" port on a water block, radiator, pump or reservoir by hand until snug, then tighten with an appropriate wrench until secure—do not overtighten. Rotate the elbow to the desired orientation to achieve optimal tubing routing before final tightening of the mating threaded component. Verify the concealed O-ring is seated and undamaged prior to filling the loop. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test following standard liquid-cooling procedures before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use compatible corrosion-inhibiting coolant and maintain regular loop checks. When installing in tight spaces, orient the rotatable joint carefully to avoid putting strain on tubing. Replace fittings that show signs of wear or damaged sealing elements to maintain leak-free operation.
