Computerkoelaccessoire BitsPower BP-DBR45R2II — messing draaiaansluiting, rood

BitsPower BP-DBR45R2II — brass rotary fitting, red is a 45-degree rotary connector developed for custom PC liquid-cooling loops. Made from high-quality brass with a deep blood-red E-plated finish, this fitting provides a Hi-Flow passage and dual 360-degree rotation to simplify tubing routing and relieve stress on connections. The concealed O-ring design improves sealing reliability while maintaining a clean visual appearance, and the brass construction ensures corrosion resistance and long-term durability for both hobbyist and professional water-cooling builds.

Advantages

The fitting combines a true Hi-Flow internal design with precision brass machining to deliver consistent coolant flow and minimal pressure drop. Dual 360-degree rotation at the 45-degree joint enables flexible orientation without twisting tubing, reducing mechanical strain. The deep red E-plated surface offers uniform color and additional surface protection, while the hidden O-ring improves leak resistance and preserves the fitting’s streamlined look. RoHS compliance confirms it meets common environmental and safety standards.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Custom PC water-cooling loops requiring angled connections
• Systems where tubing routing needs rotational adjustment without disconnection
• High-flow cooling setups for gaming rigs, workstations, and liquid-cooled servers
• Builds seeking corrosion-resistant metal fittings with aesthetic color matching

Key specifications

• Material: high-quality brass
• Finish: deep blood-red E-plated coating
• Angle: 45-degree connector
• Rotation: dual 360-degree rotational joints
• Flow design: Hi-Flow internal channel
• Seal: concealed O-ring sealing
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the BitsPower brass rotary fitting into your loop by threading it into the compatible port or adapter, ensuring the mating surfaces are clean. Route tubing to the desired orientation and rotate the fitting as needed using its dual 360-degree joints to achieve the correct angle without twisting the tube. Verify the concealed O-ring is seated properly and tighten connections hand-tight plus a minimal additional turn with appropriate tools if required; avoid over-tightening. After assembly, pressure-test the loop or run a leak test cycle before powering system components to confirm a secure, leak-free installation.

Recommendations

Use with compatible G1/4 or matching threaded adapters and fittings as required by your loop design. Periodically inspect fittings for proper sealing and clean surfaces before reassembly. When choosing tubing and clamps, ensure dimensions and materials are compatible with brass fittings and the red finish to maintain both function and appearance.
