Aansluitadapter BitsPower BP-RG — messing component voor computer-waterkoeling, zilveren oppervlak

BitsPower BP-RG is a brass fitting adapter finished in silver, designed for computer liquid-cooling systems. The component provides a robust connection between tubing and other cooling elements, combining mechanical strength and corrosion resistance typical of brass. Its hi-flow design supports efficient coolant circulation while a full 360-degree rotation simplifies orientation during assembly of custom loops and maintenance tasks.

Advantages

The adapter features a hi-flow profile that reduces hydraulic restrictions and helps maintain steady coolant flow. Constructed from high-quality brass with a nickel-like silver finish, it offers improved durability and surface protection against wear. A concealed O-ring design ensures a reliable seal while keeping sealing elements protected from external exposure. The rotating joint capability allows flexible routing and easier installation in tight or complex layouts.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loop builds
• Upgrading or replacing fittings in existing liquid-cooling systems
• Maintenance tasks where flexible hose orientation is required
• Applications prioritizing corrosion resistance and mechanical stability

Key specifications

• Material: brass
• Finish: silver (nickel-like)
• Design: hi-flow
• Rotation: full 360-degree rotatable joint
• Seal: hidden O-ring sealing
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Before installation, inspect mating surfaces and O-rings for debris or damage. Hand-thread the adapter into the corresponding port or fitting until snug, then tighten to manufacturer-recommended torque to avoid overtightening. Connect tubing or compression fittings as required for your system, orienting the rotatable section to achieve the desired hose direction. After assembly, perform a pressure or leak test with coolant present and monitor the connection during the first operation cycle.

Recommendations

Use compatible tubing and follow liquid-cooling best practices: ensure compatibility of materials, avoid mixing incompatible metals in the loop without proper inhibitors, and perform regular checks for leaks and corrosion. Tighten fittings progressively and verify the hidden O-ring is seated correctly to maintain a reliable seal.
