Klemkoppeling Barrow THKN-3/8-B03 go — 13/10 mm (goud)

Barrow THKN-3/8-B03 go compression fitting in brass-colored gold is designed for use with 13 mm outer / 10 mm inner diameter tubing. The fitting creates a secure mechanical joint that resists leaks and maintains flow integrity in liquid cooling and fluid transfer systems. Its compact profile and metal construction allow for reliable connections on radiators, reservoirs, pumps and tubing runs where a 13/10 mm tube interface is required.

Advantages

The compression design delivers a tight seal without the need for adhesives, ensuring straightforward installation and disassembly for maintenance or system changes. A metal body provides durability and wear resistance, while the brass-colored finish offers aesthetic compatibility with gold-toned system components. The fitting is engineered to match 13 mm outer diameter tubing and 10 mm inner diameter cores, minimizing the risk of mismatch and reducing potential leakage points.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops using 13 mm/10 mm tubing
• Connections between radiators, reservoirs, and pumps in small-bore systems
• Repairing or retrofitting existing tubing runs that require a compression connection
• Fluid transfer setups in compact enclosures where a low-profile metal fitting is needed

Key specifications

• Compatible tube dimensions: 13 mm outer diameter / 10 mm inner diameter
• Type: compression fitting
• Material: metal body with brass-colored (gold) finish
• Application: liquid cooling and low-pressure fluid transfer
• Connection style: mechanical compression joint for reusable assembly

How to use

Ensure tubing is cut square and free of burrs before assembly. Slide the compression nut and any included ferrule onto the tube, insert the tube fully into the fitting body, then tighten the compression nut until a firm seal is obtained. Do not overtighten; secure the nut to manufacturer-recommended torque or until resistance indicates a leak-resistant fit. After assembly, perform a pressure or leak test at system operating conditions to verify sealing integrity before continuous use.

Recommendations

Use tubing sized precisely to 13 mm outer and 10 mm inner diameters for optimal sealing. When installing in visible areas, handle the brass-colored surface with clean gloves to avoid fingerprints and scratches. Inspect fittings periodically and after thermal cycling; replace any component that shows deformation or corrosion to maintain system reliability.
