Conceptronic CUSTODIO01BS combinatie-laptopslot, standaard beveiligingssleuf, 1,8 m

The Conceptronic CUSTODIO01BS Combination Laptop Lock secures notebooks and laptops with a standard security slot. It features a 1.8 m steel cable with a 4.5 mm thickness and a built-in combination lock, allowing cable attachment to a fixed object such as a desk, library fixture or airport fitting. The lock is black, lightweight and sold as a single unit.

Advantages

The combination mechanism eliminates the need for keys and reduces the risk of key loss. A 1.8 m cable provides flexibility in anchoring the laptop to a fixed object while the 4.5 mm cable thickness offers basic cut resistance. Compatibility with standard security slots makes the lock suitable for a wide range of notebooks. The compact, lightweight design is convenient for travel and daily use.

Suitable for

• Securing laptops in public places (libraries, airports)
• Protecting devices in shared offices or hot-desk environments
• Temporary security for laptops on desks or workstations

How to use

Recommendations

For improved security, attach the cable to an immovable object and avoid leaving the laptop unattended for long periods. Regularly check the combination and store the code in a secure place. The lock provides deterrence against opportunistic theft but does not guarantee absolute protection against determined attackers with cutting tools.
