Connectorinzetstuk Harting 09120062766 – eendelig rechthoekig inzetstuk voor industriële connectoren

Harting connector insert 09120062766 is a single-piece rectangular insert intended for use in compatible industrial connector housings. It functions as the internal mounting interface for contact inserts and secures wiring within the connector assembly. The insert is suitable for repair, replacement or assembly tasks where a preformed insert is required to restore or build Harting-compatible rectangular connector systems.

Advantages

The single-piece design simplifies installation and reduces the number of loose components during assembly. Its rectangular form factor ensures reliable mechanical alignment inside matching housings, and the insert is engineered to accept standard contact carriers used in Harting-compatible connector systems. Using a purpose-made insert helps maintain consistent contact positioning and wire retention, improving connector reliability in industrial applications.

Suitable for

• Repair and replacement of damaged or worn connector inserts in rectangular industrial connectors
• Assembly of Harting-compatible rectangular connector assemblies
• Industrial control cabinets, machinery wiring and panel connections
• Applications where a ready-to-install single-piece insert speeds up maintenance

Key specifications

• Form factor: single-piece rectangular insert designed for compatible housings
• Function: internal mounting interface for contact carriers and wiring retention
• Compatibility: intended for use with Harting-compatible rectangular connector systems and matching housings
• Mechanical features: alignment features for correct seating and contact positioning
• Use environment: industrial connector assemblies for machinery and control panels

How to use

Insert the single-piece rectangular insert into a matching connector housing following the housing manufacturer's guidance for orientation and seating. Fit the appropriate contact carriers or individual contacts into the insert according to the required contact layout, and terminate wiring to the contacts using the recommended crimping or soldering method. After wiring, verify that the insert is fully seated and that contacts engage correctly with mating parts before closing the connector housing and securing any latches or screws.

Recommendations

Ensure compatibility between the insert and the connector housing model before installation, and use proper wiring and contact-termination tools to maintain reliable electrical connections. Inspect contacts and wire terminations for correct seating and strain relief during assembly and after installation in industrial equipment.
