The unit’s weight and metal housing contribute to stable placement during use.

How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable outlet. Preheat the grill until the indicator shows it is ready, then set the thermostat to the desired level according to the thickness and type of food. For closed-contact grilling, lower the top plate onto the food; for larger items, open the unit to use the griddle configuration. Monitor cooking progress and use the adjustable thermostat to modify heat as needed. After cooking, turn off and unplug the appliance, allow it to cool before removing or cleaning the plates.

Recommendations

For best results, allow thick cuts of meat to rest briefly after grilling to redistribute juices. Use moderate amounts of oil on the griddle to prevent sticking and clean the plates after each use following the manufacturer’s guidance for detachable or wipe-clean surfaces.
