Cordial 15549 CAT 5e S/UTP patchkabel, RJ45, 3 m, zwart, PUR-mantel, Gigabit Ethernet

In professional AV and networking environments, a standard patch cable often fails when exposed to rough handling, oils, or frequent re-patching. The Cordial 15549 solves this with a rugged PUR jacket that resists abrasion, oil, and flames while maintaining reliable Gigabit Ethernet performance. This 3-meter CAT 5e S/UTP cable is built for touring racks, studio floors, and industrial networks where durability matters as much as signal integrity.

Who is it for

Audio engineers, system integrators, and IT technicians who need a dependable Ethernet connection in demanding conditions. Ideal for live sound, broadcast, and industrial automation where cables are stepped on, coiled tightly, or exposed to oils and chemicals.

Main features

• CAT 5e performance supports up to 1 Gbps and 100 MHz bandwidth for Gigabit Ethernet and PoE applications.
• S/UTP shielding with an overall braided shield reduces EMI/RFI interference, ensuring clean data transmission.
• Extra-flexible PUR (polyurethane) jacket is halogen-free, flame retardant, oil and abrasion resistant for long service life.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors with molded strain relief boots provide secure, corrosion-resistant connections.
• Stranded bare copper conductors (26 AWG, 4 pairs) offer flexibility and reliable signal quality.
• Wired to TIA/EIA-568B standard for compatibility with all Ethernet equipment.

Tips

For best performance, avoid sharp bends near the connectors and use cable ties that do not crush the jacket. The PUR jacket can be cleaned with mild detergents if exposed to oils. This cable is ideal for patch panels, switches, and devices that require frequent reconnection.
