The CoreParts MBXUSBC-AC0007 is a USB-C(F) gender changer designed to join two USB-C cables. It has two USB-C female connectors in a compact black housing and is manufactured by CoreParts to provide a simple and reliable way to extend or adapt USB-C connections.

Advantages

The adapter allows connection of two USB-C cables without the need for a dedicated extension cable. Its compact size and neutral black finish make it unobtrusive when connected to devices. As a product from CoreParts, it is produced by established suppliers and designed for straightforward connectivity between USB-C cables.

Suitable for

• Extending the reach of USB-C cables
• Adapting cable routing when only cables are available
• Connecting USB-C cables between devices and chargers or hubs

Key specifications

• Type: USB-C female to USB-C female gender changer
• Model: MBXUSBC-AC0007

• Color: Black
• EAN: 5706998813992

How to use

Insert one USB-C cable plug into each female connector of the adapter until they click or sit firmly. Ensure that both cables are compatible with the intended data or power use; the adapter mechanically links the cables but does not change signal types or power delivery specifications. Disconnect by gently pulling the cable connectors from the adapter.

Recommendations

Use the gender changer for short-term extension or routing adjustments. For long cable runs, high-power delivery or high-bandwidth applications (e.g., Thunderbolt, high-wattage PD), use purpose-built extension cables or active extenders that explicitly support the required specifications.
