The CoreParts MOBX-TOOLS-054 is a magnetic mat designed for electronic device repair. Measuring 1200 mm by 100 mm, this blue mat provides a stable, non-slip surface for working on mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets. Its magnetic properties help keep small parts and screws organized and prevent them from rolling away, supporting a more efficient repair workflow.

Advantages

The magnetic mat offers an extended working area suitable for multiple components, a durable surface that resists wear during repeated repair tasks, and a magnetic layer that secures tiny screws and metal parts. Its slim profile makes it easy to place on a workbench or inside a repair station while the blue color improves visibility of small components.

Suitable for

• Mobile phone repairs
• Smartphone disassembly and reassembly
• Tablet maintenance and component replacement
• Electronics hobbyist projects and small PCB work

How to use

Place the magnetic mat on a flat, clean work surface before beginning disassembly. Lay removed screws and metal parts on the mat so they remain fixed in position. Use the mat to organize components by step or area of the device to simplify reassembly. After finishing repairs, gently lift components off the mat and store the mat in a dry place.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid placing delicate non-metallic components directly on the strongest magnetic areas if magnetism could affect them; keep sensitive storage media (e.g., some unshielded magnetic drives) at a safe distance. Clean the mat with a soft cloth and mild detergent if needed, and store it flat to preserve its shape.
