Crimptang DELOCK 90583 voor 6P/8P RJ45 RJ11 stekkers Cat.5/6/7 met mes en striptang

DELOCK 90583 is a handheld crimping tool for terminating 6P and 8P RJ11 and RJ45 plugs used with Cat5, Cat6 and Cat7 network cables. The tool integrates a cutting blade and a cable stripper in the handle and is built for compact, durable use during network installations, patch‑panel work and on‑site cable repairs.

Advantages

The integrated cutter and stripper let you prepare and cut conductors without switching tools, reducing handling time. Ergonomic, non-slip handles provide a secure grip for precise crimping actions. The compact design makes the tool easy to carry and store while offering robust construction for repeated use.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

The tool is intended for standard 6P and 8P modular plugs; it is not suitable for larger industrial connectors or proprietary plug types. Very high‑volume professional crimping workflows may benefit from dedicated, production‑grade crimping stations with automated functions.

How to use

Strip a short section of the cable jacket using the built‑in stripper, arrange the conductors into the correct pinout for the chosen plug, and insert them fully into the modular plug. Place the connector into the crimping slot and squeeze the handles firmly and evenly until the crimp is completed. Use the integrated blade to cut excess conductor length when required. Inspect the terminated connector to ensure secure contacts and correct alignment.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

Use steady, even pressure when crimping and check each termination visually or with a cable tester to confirm electrical continuity and correct pinout before deploying the cable in a network.
