Kabel-krimptang S/CONN 73000-MPU zwart oranje 1 stuk

The helos Cable Crimper S/CONN 73000-MPU is a handheld crimping tool designed for precise and consistent crimping of a variety of connector types. Finished in a black and orange design, the tool combines a robust metal crimping head with ergonomically shaped handles to improve grip and control during repetitive tasks. It is intended for use in electrical, networking and general cable assembly tasks where secure, mechanically sound terminations are required.

Advantages

The crimper provides consistent crimp quality through a designed jaw geometry that aligns connector and conductor accurately. Its ergonomic handles reduce hand fatigue and improve control when applying force. The durable construction ensures long service life under normal workshop and field conditions. The tool’s compact size allows access to confined spaces while still delivering reliable mechanical performance for a range of cable and connector combinations.

Suitable for

• Crimping insulated and non-insulated terminals and connectors
• Electrical installations and repair work
• Network cable assembly and small-scale telecom tasks
• Hobbyist and DIY electronics projects

Key specifications

• Handheld manual crimper with metal crimping head and insulated handles
• Ergonomic black and orange handle design for enhanced grip
• Compact dimensions for access in confined or crowded work areas
• Suitable for a range of common cable diameters and connector types used in electrical and networking applications
• Durable construction intended for regular workshop or field use

How to use

Select the appropriate connector or terminal for the cable and strip the conductor to the recommended length. Position the connector in the crimper’s jaw so that the conductor is correctly seated within the connector barrel. Squeeze the handles firmly and evenly until the crimp is completed, then release the handles and inspect the termination for a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Repeat as needed for subsequent terminations, taking care to maintain consistent positioning and pressure for uniform results.

Recommendations

For best results, verify connector compatibility with the crimper before beginning a series of terminations. Use appropriate cable stripping tools to avoid conductor damage and inspect crimps visually and, where applicable, with simple pull tests to ensure secure connections. Store the tool in a dry place and periodically check for wear on the crimping jaws.
