Dahua Technology PFM923I-6UN-C netwerkkabel 305 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

DAHUA PFM923I-6UN-C Cat6 U/UTP 305 m is a networking cable designed for Ethernet and structured cabling installations. The cable conforms to Cat6 performance and uses an unshielded twisted pair (U/UTP) construction over a 305-meter reel, intended for LAN, CCTV network links and other IP-based systems that require Category 6 data transmission over copper pairs.

Advantages

The cable provides Cat6-class data transmission across standard copper pairs with oxygen-free copper conductors that improve conductivity. Its U/UTP design simplifies installation in typical network environments where shielding is not required, while the 305 m reel reduces the need for frequent joins. The outer sheath is LSZH and meets CPR E class, which reduces smoke and toxic emission in case of fire and supports installations with higher safety requirements. The construction supports PoE long-distance transmission and is covered by a manufacturer quality guarantee.

Suitable for

• Structured LAN cabling for offices and commercial buildings
• CCTV and IP camera network links
• Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) fed devices across extended runs
• New installations and long horizontal backbone runs

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6
• Construction: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Length per reel: 305 m
• Conductor material: oxygen-free copper (high purity)
• Outer sheath: LSZH, CPR E class
• Supports PoE long-distance transmission
• Designed for Ethernet and IP network applications

How to use

Plan cable routes and measure required lengths before cutting from the 305 m reel. Use appropriate cable management—cable trays, conduits or trunking—avoiding sharp bends and excessive pulling tension. Terminate each end with Cat6-compliant connectors and patch panels using a proper punch-down tool or RJ45 crimping procedure to preserve performance. Test links after installation with a cable certifier or continuity tester to confirm Cat6 performance and PoE functionality where applicable.

Recommendations

For optimal performance maintain separation from strong electromagnetic sources, avoid running parallel to mains power cables, and adhere to installation bend radius and pull tension limits. Use certified Cat6 connectors and testing equipment to verify compliance with network standards and to ensure reliable data and PoE delivery.
