DeLOCK 60651 sensor-/actorkabel 3 m M12 2 x USB Type-A zwart

The DeLOCK 60651 sensor/actuator cable is a 3 meter connection cable designed for industrial and automation environments. One end of the cable features an M12 connector while the other end splits into two USB Type-A plugs, enabling connection of USB devices such as sensors, actuators or interface modules to systems equipped with M12 ports. The cable is black and intended for reliable data transmission and straightforward integration in equipment racks, control cabinets and machine interfaces.

Advantages

The M12 to dual USB Type-A configuration provides a compact cabling solution that reduces the need for adapters. At 3 m length the cable offers flexibility in routing within control cabinets or between machinery and peripheral devices. The design focuses on stable signal transmission and compatibility with common USB Type-A devices, while the black jacket supports discrete installation and resistance to common workplace contamination.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB Type-A sensors and actuators to equipment with an M12 port
• Wiring in industrial automation panels and control cabinets
• Extending reach between machine interfaces and peripheral USB devices
• Prototyping or retrofit installations where M12 connectivity is required

Key specifications

• Connector 1: M12
• Connector 2: 2 × USB Type-A
• Cable length: 3 m
• Color: Black

How to use

Connect the M12 connector to the corresponding M12 port on the host device, ensuring correct orientation and secure mating. Plug the two USB Type-A connectors into the respective USB devices or ports. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and protect it from mechanical damage; secure with cable ties or clamps as needed. Verify device recognition and data communication through the host system's diagnostic or control software.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, avoid exposing the cable to sustained tensile stress or repeated flex near the connectors. When installing in industrial environments, maintain appropriate separation from high-voltage power lines and use strain relief at connection points. Regularly inspect connectors for contamination and ensure secure tightening of the M12 connection to preserve signal integrity.
