DELOCK Adapter USB-C naar 2× DisplayPort 4K 60 Hz — Model 64308

The DELOCK Adapter USB Type-C to 2× DisplayPort 4K 60 Hz — model 64308 converts a USB Type-C port with DisplayPort Alternate Mode into two DisplayPort outputs capable of driving high-resolution displays. The adapter supports 4K (3840×2160) resolution at 60 Hz on compatible monitors and allows either extending or mirroring the desktop across one or two DisplayPort monitors. Its compact, portable housing makes it suitable for use with laptops, mini PCs, and other USB-C hosts that provide video output via DP Alt Mode.

Advantages

This adapter provides dual DisplayPort outputs from a single USB-C connection while supporting 4K at 60 Hz, enabling consistent high-definition video. The plug-and-play design requires no additional drivers on systems that support DisplayPort Alternate Mode, and the compact form factor is convenient for mobile use. It supports both extended desktop configurations and mirrored displays for presentations and multi-monitor workflows.

Suitable for

• Extending a laptop desktop to one or two external DisplayPort monitors
• Mirror displays for presentations in meeting rooms
• Multi-monitor office and productivity setups
• Mobile workstations and on-the-go connectivity for content creators

Key specifications

• Input: USB Type-C (requires host support for DisplayPort Alternate Mode)
• Outputs: 2× DisplayPort supporting up to 3840×2160 at 60 Hz
• Video modes: Extend or mirror displays; supports typical DP multi-stream configurations as allowed by the host
• Compatibility: Works with devices that provide video over USB-C (DP Alt Mode) — compatibility depends on host GPU and firmware
• Form factor: Compact external adapter for portable use

How to use

Connect the adapter's USB Type-C plug to a compatible USB-C port on your computer or device that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. Attach one or two DisplayPort cables from the adapter outputs to your external monitors. Configure display settings in the operating system to choose extended or mirrored modes and to set resolution and refresh rate. If only one monitor is required, connect it to either DisplayPort output; for two monitors, ensure the host supports multiple active displays over the USB-C connection.

Recommendations

Use high-quality DisplayPort cables rated for 4K@60Hz to ensure stable video performance. Verify that the source device supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode and the required number of simultaneous displays; some laptops or docking solutions may limit dual-display output. For best results, update the device graphics drivers and firmware, and set the display resolution and refresh rate in the OS display settings matching the monitor capabilities.
