DeLOCK EMI-afschermgevlochten slang 1 m x 25 mm zwart

The DeLOCK EMI Shielding braided sleeve 1m x 25mm black provides electromagnetic shielding and cable bundling in a flexible braided tube. Made from multifilament polyester with a copper protective sheath, the sleeve combines mechanical protection with EMI attenuation for use around cables and electrical conduits.

Advantages

The copper protective sheath offers effective shielding against electromagnetic interference while the multifilament braided polyester fabric provides high abrasion resistance, heat resistance and weather protection. A longitudinal zip enables repeated opening and closing, allowing cables and tubes to be added or removed without damaging the braid.

Suitable for

• Network cabling and data communication installations
• Measuring and testing equipment
• Industrial machines and control cabinets
• Cable management and protection in confined runs

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 20847
• EAN: 4043619208470
• Length: 1 m
• Diameter: 25 mm
• Material: multifilament polyester braid with copper protective sheath
• Colour: black
• Feature: longitudinal zip for repeated opening/closing

How to use

Slide the braided sleeve over the prepared cable bundle or place open around existing cables, then close the longitudinal zip to secure the sleeve. Position the sleeve so the copper sheath covers the area requiring electromagnetic shielding. For routing through tight spaces, compress the braid gently and guide it into position, then release to regain shape.

Recommendations

For optimal shielding performance ensure the braided sleeve makes good contact with grounded metal parts or use appropriate termination/connectors where required; avoid exposing the braid to sharp edges and maintain recommended temperature limits for installed cables.
