DeLOCK HDMI-matrixswitch 4 x HDMI in naar 2 x HDMI out 4K 60 Hz

The DeLOCK HDMI Matrix Switch 4 x HDMI in to 2 x HDMI out 4K 60 Hz lets you connect up to four HDMI sources to two HDMI displays. It supports resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz, includes an integrated downscaler to convert 4K to 1080p when required, and features an audio extractor and ARC support. The compact metal housing measures approximately 105 x 250 x 20 mm and has manual and remote control switching.

Advantages

This HDMI matrix switch allows independent routing of any input to any output so each connected monitor can display a different source or the same source can be sent to both displays. The built-in downscaler provides compatibility with displays that do not support 4K, and the audio extractor delivers digital (S/PDIF) or analogue stereo output while video continues to the displays. ARC can be enabled from the device or remote to route TV audio back to an external audio device. The device is finished in black metal for durability and compact installation.

Suitable for

• Home entertainment systems with multiple HDMI sources and two displays
• Small meeting rooms or classrooms requiring flexible source routing
• Setups where audio needs to be extracted to an external receiver or headphones
• Environments with a mix of 4K and 1080p displays

How to use

Connect up to four HDMI source devices to the HDMI input ports and connect up to two displays to the HDMI outputs. Use the front panel button or the supplied IR remote to select which input is routed to each output. If a connected display does not support 4K, enable the downscaler to output 1080p. To extract audio, select the audio extractor mode; the audio will be available on the S/PDIF and analogue stereo outputs while video stays on the HDMI outputs. Enable ARC via the device button or remote to route TV audio back to an external receiver connected to the S/PDIF output.

Recommendations

For optimal performance use high-quality HDMI cables rated for 4K @ 60 Hz. When using ARC or audio extraction, verify the connected TV or receiver settings to ensure ARC and digital audio passthrough are enabled.
