Connect one HDMI Type A end to the output of your source device (for example a Blu-ray player, console or media player) and the other end to the HDMI input of your display device (TV, monitor or projector). If using eARC, connect the cable between the TV’s HDMI eARC/ARC port and the audio system’s HDMI eARC/ARC input to enable uncompressed audio return. Configure HDR and audio settings on your devices as required to enable Dynamic HDR, Dolby Vision and eARC functionality.

Recommendations

Use the cable for direct point-to-point connections without running it through adapters or unnecessary extenders to maintain full 48 Gbps bandwidth and preserve video and audio quality. For optimal results, ensure connected devices support the same HDMI version features (8K/60 Hz, Dynamic HDR, Dolby Vision and eARC).
