How to use

Connect the adapter to the Mini DisplayPort on your source device, then attach the desired display cables to the VGA, HDMI or DVI outputs. If using a single HDMI output, set the display resolution up to 4K 30 Hz in your operating system. For two-monitor setups, connect HDMI + VGA or DVI + VGA and configure display mode as extended or mirrored in the OS display settings. Ensure the host device supports Mini DisplayPort 1.2 functions for multi-display output.

Recommendations

For optimal performance when using two monitors, use quality HDMI/DVI/VGA cables and set each display to 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz. When targeting 4K output, connect only the HDMI display and verify that the source device supports 4K @ 30 Hz over Mini DisplayPort 1.2.
