DeLOCK RJ45-netwerkkabel Cat.6 UTP ultra slank 5 m wit

The DeLOCK RJ45 Network Cable Cat.6 UTP Ultra Slim 5m in white is a 5-metre Ethernet patch cable designed for connecting network devices such as a NIC to a switch or a patch panel. It supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and uses gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for reliable contacts. The ultra slim construction reduces bulk and simplifies cable management in cabinets and workspaces.

Advantages

The cable's ultra slim design provides high flexibility and a smaller diameter than standard patch cables, enabling space-saving routing and neater installations. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact quality and corrosion resistance. Its Cat.6 UTP specification supports Gigabit Ethernet performance for typical office and home networking needs.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch or router
• Patching between switches and patch panels in network cabinets
• Home and office Gigabit Ethernet connections

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6 UTP
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Colour: White
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device (for example a NIC) and the other connector into the target device such as a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable following available cable management channels to avoid tight bends that could stress the cable.

Recommendations

For best signal quality and longevity, avoid sharp bends and heavy compression. Use the ultra slim cable where space is limited or where a tidy appearance is required; for long runs in high-interference environments consider shielded or higher-category cables if needed.
