DeLOCK RJ45-netwerkkabel Cat.8.1 F/FTP slank 3 m blauw

This Delock RJ45 network cable Cat.8.1 F/FTP Slim, 3 m in length and blue in colour, is designed for high-speed Ethernet connections and supports 40GBASE-T applications with up to 40 Gbps data transfer and operation up to 2 GHz. The slim construction features a reduced cable diameter to allow flexible, space-saving installation in network cabinets and tight cabling environments.

Advantages

The F/FTP shielding improves signal integrity and reduces electromagnetic interference, supporting reliable high-bandwidth transmission. Slim cable diameter enables neat routing and saves space in patch panels and racks. The cable uses RJ-45 connectors on both ends and conforms to Cat.8.1 cabling specifications for 40GBase-T connectivity.

Suitable for

• 40GBASE-T Ethernet links in data centres and server rooms
• High-speed connections between switches, routers and network appliances
• Space-constrained cable runs in network cabinets and patch panels

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.8.1
• Shielding: F/FTP (overall foil with individually foiled pairs)
• Cabling technology: 40GBase-T, up to 2 GHz
• Maximum data rate: up to 40 Gbps (40000 Mbit/s)
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports of your devices, such as switches, routers or servers. Ensure connectors are fully seated and routed to avoid sharp bends; maintain recommended bend radius for Cat.8.1 cables. For optimal performance, use the cable within its specified length and in environments that minimise strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

Use the slim Cat.8.1 F/FTP cable for short, high-speed links in structured cabling environments. Avoid excessive bending and tension, and verify connector seating to maintain full 40GBASE-T performance.
