DeLOCK USB Type-C naar HDMI-kabel DP Alt Mode 8K 60Hz HDR 2m rood

The DeLOCK USB Type-C to HDMI Cable lets you connect a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 equipped PC or laptop to an HDMI display. It requires a device port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode and provides a 2 m cable length in a red and black design for video and audio transmission at high resolutions.

Advantages

This cable supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode to deliver up to 8K resolution at 60 Hz with HDR, ensuring compatibility with high-resolution HDMI displays. The 2 m length provides flexibility for typical desktop and living-room setups, and the USB Type-C to HDMI wiring carries both video and audio signals through a single cable.

Suitable for

• Connecting a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 laptop (e.g., MacBook, Chromebook) to an HDMI monitor or TV
• High-resolution video playback and presentations requiring up to 8K@60Hz with HDR
• Home office and multimedia setups needing a reliable single-cable connection

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB Type-C
• Connector 2: HDMI
• Supported mode: DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode)
• Maximum resolution: up to 8K at 60 Hz with HDR
• Cable length: 2 m
• Product colour: Red, Black

How to use

Connect the USB Type-C end to a device port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode and plug the HDMI end into an HDMI input on the display. Select the correct HDMI input on the monitor or TV. The cable transmits both video and audio; no separate audio cable is required. If the display or source has multiple resolution options, set the output resolution to the desired value (up to 8K@60Hz) in the device display settings.

Recommendations

Use with devices whose USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 ports explicitly support DisplayPort Alternate Mode. For optimal 8K@60Hz HDR performance, ensure the source device and display both support the target resolution and HDR settings; use updated graphics drivers and compatible HDMI inputs on the display.
