Verrekijker Deltaoptical StarLight 15x70 waterdicht licht

Deltaoptical StarLight 15x70 Waterproof Lightweight binoculars provide 15x magnification combined with large 70 mm objective lenses to increase light gathering and deliver detailed views at long distances. Built for outdoor use, these binoculars integrate a waterproof construction with a compact, lightweight design to suit field observation, astronomy and travel. The optical configuration is intended to balance high magnification with sufficient light transmission for twilight and night observation.

Advantages

The StarLight 15x70 model offers strong magnification while maintaining a stable visual field, thanks to 70 mm objectives that capture more light than smaller lenses. The waterproof housing protects internal optics against moisture and rain, extending usable conditions. The instrument’s weight and form factor are optimized for handheld use with a tripod option for longer sessions, making it adaptable for extended observation. Durable materials and a straightforward control layout simplify handling and maintenance in the field.

Suitable for

• Astronomy and moon observation
• Long-range landscape and coastline viewing
• Birdwatching and wildlife observation
• Hiking, travel and outdoor excursions

Key specifications

• Magnification: 15×
• Objective lens diameter: 70 mm
• Waterproof construction for use in wet conditions
• Lightweight design intended for portable field use
• Optical system optimized for increased light gathering in low-light situations
• Tripod-adaptable mounting option for extended observation

How to use

Hold the binoculars with both hands and position the eyepieces to align with your eyes. Adjust the central focus wheel until the image becomes sharp, then use any diopter adjustment to fine-tune focus for differences between your eyes. For long observation sessions or higher stability at 15× magnification, mount the binoculars on a tripod using the tripod adapter to reduce shake and improve image clarity. After use in wet or dusty conditions, wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and let the instrument dry before storing it in its case.

Recommendations

For astronomy and low-light observation, allow your eyes to adapt to darkness before using the binoculars and use a stable support or tripod to reduce image movement at 15× magnification. Store the binoculars in a dry place and avoid exposing them to prolonged direct sunlight to preserve optical coatings and housing materials.
